Google Docs and Track Changes…
So you say you don't use Google Docs because you must have the "Track Changes" feature of Microsoft Word. Or maybe it's Mail Merge you can't live without. In typical Google fashion, they have taken those concepts to a whole new level (not to mention Revision History, Notifications, Bookmarks, etc.):

Enable Audio Narration in Google Presentation
eLearning professionals are clamoring for Google to incorporate audio narration in Google Presentation.

We MUST have an online presentation tool that meets three basic needs:
- upload of existing PowerPoint presentations and creation of new presentations within the same tool
- simple editing/updating of published presentations without replacing & removing exiting
- simple way to add existing, and record new narration audio on a slide-by-slide basis
